Clear steps keep projects on track. Here is how we work.
1) Call, text, or click
Reach us at 832-810-5377 or send a note through https://houstonconstructionpro.com.
Tell us your address in Cloverleaf and a short description of your idea. Kitchen remodel, ADU, roof, or pool.
2) On-site visit
We measure, check structure, look at electrical and plumbing access, and ask about your must-haves.
We talk budget range and timeline. Do you have a date you want to hit. A new baby, new job, or new school year.
3) Design and scope
For larger work, our Architectural Services team creates drawings. We plan layouts, materials, and finishes.
You review and mark changes. Straight talk is welcome here. Do you like it. What needs to move.
4) Proposal
We present a clear scope with line items and allowances for things like tile or lighting.
We discuss options to phase work if needed.
5) Permits and approvals
We handle permit paperwork for Harris County or applicable authorities. If your property sits in a flood zone, we plan accordingly.
6) Build
We set a schedule, protect your home, and keep the site tidy.
We communicate progress and any surprises right away. No vanishing acts.
7) Wrap-up
Final walkthrough. We list any touch-ups and complete them quickly.
You get documentation for work performed.
Want to start with a modest update before a big remodel. We can plan in stages so each step lines up with the next
Every project has trade-offs. We help you spend where it counts.
• Kitchens. Keep plumbing in place to save, then invest in durable counters and quality hardware. Drawers often beat lower cabinet doors for everyday use.
• Bathrooms. Good waterproofing is non-negotiable. Tile and fixtures can fit many budgets without risk.
• Additions. Square footage costs more than interior updates. Simple rooflines and clean exterior connections save money.
• Roofing and siding. Ask about material and labor warranties from manufacturers. We install to their specs so coverage applies.
• Flooring. In our climate, choose materials that handle humidity and the occasional wet entry from the backyard.
• Need to phase your project over time. We can plan a sequence so you do not redo new work later.
